Where: Alfred Taylor Centre, 2300 Community Way, North Gower, ON
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Home-based business vendors will also be at our sale. One Stop Shopping! Pick up items for graduations, special occasions and items that will attract the collector as well as the bargain hunter. Donations welcome. NEW or GENTLY USED items only please. We will not accept any electronics, clothing, stuffed animals, pillows or blankets. We will gladly accept gently used small kitchen appliances, kitchen ware, jewellery, books, china, collectibles, small furniture pieces, toys, plants and gardening supplies for our Gardner’s Corner All items donated can be dropped off at the Alfred Taylor Centre during the following hours – 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.; 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. If you do not have access to a vehicle to drop off items, we will gladly pick the items up at your home on Friday, May 3rd during daytime hours. Please call the office to schedule a pick up time. Please watch for fliers, advertising and our website to see which vendors will be attending our sale.

“Let’s Celebrate!” That is the theme for this year’s Manotick Musicale. Join us for an evening of local talent expressing music, song, and brass instrumental pieces. Come and meet our local Village Singers, Members of the Manotick Brass and Special Guests. “Let’s Celebrate!” as we commemorate TEN YEARS of the Manotick Musicale. Walk with us “around the world” to celebrate Grandparents Day (September 8, 2013). What a great opportunity to celebrate your grandparents/parents. Collect pledges for a 5 km walk that will assist in supporting programs and services for your loved ones through Rural Ottawa South Support Services. Your pledges will help support programs such as Meals on Wheels, Transportation, Diners Programs, ROAR (Day Program), Community Active Recreation Day (CARD) Program, Caregivers Support Programs and Bereavement Support Programs. All walker’s will receive passports and visit various countries at stations as you receive information and get your passports stamped. Watch for more details!
